Incearca-ti soft-ul cu geniul ceh si pleaca la Praga



Centrul Ceh va propune un nou proiect in luna decembrie, cu ocazia implinirii a 170 de ani de la nasterea compozitorului Antonin Dvorak. Creatie, concurs si party.

Pe tot parcursul lunii, va invitam sa remixati orice lucrare (sau fragment) a celebrului compozitor ceh, fara a impune un gen sau stil, urmand ca piesele rezultante sa fie incarcate pe www.soundcloud.com/centrulceh.

Remix-urile trebuie sa aiba o durata de maxim 5 minute. Acestea vor fi trimise in format mp3, 320kbps, pe adresa ccbucuresti@czech.cz (via transfer.ro, wetransfer etc). Toate lucrarile primite vor fi supuse licentei Creative Commons.

Deadline: 31 decembrie 2011, ora 23h59.

Castigatorul, selectat de catre un juriu format de experti romani si cehi ai muzicii experimentale, va primi un bilet de avion Bucuresti-Praga-București si trei nopti asigurate la Praga, incluzand un program consistent pregatit de Centrul Ceh si Staropramen. De asemenea, lucrarile castigatoare vor fi difuzate la Radio Romania Cultural si la Radioul Ceh.

La sfarsitul proiectului, Centrul Ceh va organiza si un party ce va include o sesiune de ascultare a remix-urilor.

Juriul este format din: Michal Rataj, Maria Balabas, Anamaria Pravicencu, Octav Avramescu, Catalin Cretu, Serban Marinescu, Ioana Moldoveanu.

ENGLISH VERSION

Dvorak Remastered AD 170

Open call for remixes – try out your software with the Czech genius and fly to Prague!

On the occasion of the 170th anniversary of the birth of the Czech composer Antonin Dvorak, the Czech Centre is proposing you a new project for the month of December. Creativity, contest and party.

During the entire month, we invite you to remix any Dvořák’s composition (or its fragment), in any style or genre. The resulting tracks will be uploaded on www.soundcloud.com/centrulceh

The remixes should be up to 5 minutes long, made in mp3 format, 320kbps, and sent  to ccbucuresti@czech.cz (via transfer.ro, wetransfer etc). All the submitted tracks will be subjected to the Creative Commons license.

Deadline: December 31st, 11h59pm.

The winner, selected by a jury consisting of experts of the Romanian and Czech experimental music scene, will receive a plane ticket (Bucharest-Prague-Bucharest) and three nights stay in Prague, including a programme prepared by the Czech Centre and Staropramen. The best tracks will also be broadcast on Radio Romania Cultural and the Czech Radio.

After the end of the project, the Czech Centre will organize a listening session-party, where the resulting works will be presented to public in Bucharest.
