In timpul unui ritual demonic, Fronema se lasa agatata in niste cuie imense infipte in spatele ei. Altair, un inginer de software, adora sa se deghizeze in spatele unei masti de cal si poarta hamuri, participand astfel costumat la o bizara si privata „cursa de cai“. Terezie face parte din staff-ul Partidului Verde, dar in viata ei privata intretine din cand in cand practici erotice ciudate, ce implica sclavi. Filmul documenteaza transformarea ei in timpul sarcinii si nasterii copilului sau. Un personaj secundar important este Aradia, care a aparut in cadrul unei emisiuni TV numita „Tabu“ si a vorbit despre viata ei ca si dominatoare, dar a sfarsit prin a-si pierde postul de profesoara intr-o scoala, atunci cand si-a dezvaluit identitatea.
Personajele principale explica cum au aparut si evoluat practicele lor si ce impact au ele asupra coexistentei protagonistilor in societate. Filmul face referiri si la contextele istorice ale fenomenului observat, portretizand „ciudati“ care pot parea anormali, insa care sunt inofensivi si chiar intriganti, pentru ca ei au decis sa nu se supuna canoanelor.

The Czech documentary Heaven Hell offers a closer look into the BDSM community (Bondage, Dominance, Sadism and Masochism) of people who take pleasure in unusual sexual practices.
During a hellish ritual, Fronema lets herself to be hung on hooks puncturing her back. Altair, a software engineer, takes pleasure in dressing in horse masks and harnesses, and likes to take part in a bizarre private “horserace.” Terezie is a staffer of the Green Party, but in her private life, she sometimes enjoys unusual erotic practices with a slave. The film documents her transformation during pregnancy and the birth of her child. An important secondary character is Aradia, who appeared in the TV show “Tabu” talking about her life as a domina, but ended up losing her job as a school teacher when she revealed her identity.
The main characters explain how their practices emerged, evolved, and how they impact the protagonists‘ coexistence with mainstream society. The film also refers to the historical contexts of the observed phenomena. It portrays “freaks” who might seem abnormal, but who are harmless and actually intriguing because they step outside the crowd.
