Regulament CUVINTE PE PELICULĂ

Regulament:

1. La deschiderea fotomaratonului, sâmbătă 19 mai 2012, primii 50 de participanţi care sosesc în faţa Centrului Ceh la ora 11:00 AM, vor primi o rolă de film (FOMA, B&W, ISO 100, 24 de cadre) şi un scurt text din Franz Kafka, Bohumil Hrabal, Karel Čapek , Václav Havel sau alt autor ceh.
2. Fiecare participant are la dispoziţie 24 de ore să realizeze exact 24 de fotografii (incluzând şi posibilele greşeli), inspirate de textul primit.
3. Participanţii trebuie să foloseasca rolele de film pe care le primesc în timpul înregistrării.
4. Sensibilitatea filmului nu poate fi modificată, fotografiile vor fi realizate respectând sensibilitatea ISO 100.
5. Fotografiile vor fi developate exact cum au fost realizate. Nu vor exista corecţii de laborator.
6. Fotomaratonul se încheie la ora 12:00 AM, duminică, 20 mai 2012. Participanţii trebuie să aducă înapoi rolele de film expuse între orele 11şi 12 AM. Rolele de film predate mai târziu nu vor mai fi incluse în competiţie.
7. Fotografiile mărite prin procedee analog vor fi expuse la Foto Anexa MNAC, joi, 24 mai în formatul 10×15 cm, în ordinea în care au fost realizate, împreună cu textul şi numele fotografului.
8. Fiecare serie de fotografii va fi evaluată de un juriu independent, iar autorul celei mai bune serii va fi premiat de către Centrul Ceh cu o excursie la Praga.
9. Juriul* va evalua originalitatea în interpretarea vizuală a textului. Fiecare fotografie va fi luată în considerare separat, precum şi fiecare serie evaluată ca un întreg.
10. Centrul Ceh îşi rezervă drepturile să păstreze, expună, publice şi să folosească fotografiile pentru scopuri non-comerciale. Negativele vor fi returnate participanților la două săptămâni după eveniment.
11. Centrul Ceh îşi rezervă dreptul să organizeze o petrecere în cadrul vernisajului care va avea loc joi, 24 mai 2012 la Foto Anexa MNAC, începând cu ora 6 PM.

Regulation:
1. On the day of the Photomarathon, Saturday 19th  of May 2012, the first 50 participants arriving at the Czech Center at 11 AM will be given a roll of film (FOMA B&W, ISO 100, 24 frames) and a  short text by Franz Kafka, Bohumil Hrabal, Karel Čapek , Václav Havel or other Czech author.
2. Each participant has 24 hours to make exactly 24 photos (possible failures included) inspired by the given text.
3. Participants must use the roll of film handed out to them during the registration.
4. No push/pull process will be possible.
5. The pictures will be developed as they were taken. No lab corrections will be done.
6. The Photomarathon will end at 12 AM, on Sunday 20th of May, 2012. Each participant must bring back his exposed roll of film between 11 and 12 AM. Films handed over later will not be included in the competition.
7. The hand made enlargements will be exhibited at MNAC Foto Anexa on Thursday, 24th of May in the format 10×15 cm, in the order they were taken, accompanied by the literature text and the photographer’s name.
8. The submitted series of photographs will be evaluated by an independent  jury and the author of the best will be awarded by the Czech Centre with a trip to Prague.
9. The jury* will evaluate originality in visual interpretation of the texts. Each photo separately, as well as each series as a whole will be considered.
10.The Czech Centre shall reserve the right to keep; exhibit; publish; use the photos for non-commercial use. The negatives will be returned to the participants in two weeks from the event.
11.The Czech Centre reserves the right to organize a party filled with photographs and full of creative people on Thursday, 24th of May 2012, at MNAC Foto Anexa starting at 6 PM.
