SPATIUL VERDE IN LOCALITATILE URBANE

Dezvoltarea constructiilor in localitatile urbane determina scaderea considerabila a spatiilor verzi si implicit, cresterea gradului de poluare a aerului atmosferic.
Exista un program national de imbunatatire a calitatii mediului prin realizarea de spatii verzi in localitati si mai multe acte normative conform carora spatiului verde in localitati trebuie protejat, reducerea suprafetei acestuia fiind strict interzisa. Este implementat acest program? Cine e responsabil de respectarea lui?

The urban real state development determines the reduction of parks and green areas and, with this, the rising of pollution. In Romania there is a national plan to improve the quality of the environment by protecting and creating green spaces in urban areas. There are also laws to protect the green space and to forbid its contraction. Is this plan actionable? Who is responsible for implementing this plan? What can we do for our environment?
